Go find a lad who is solid on his SRT technique n can tailor a system to yr needs. Don't let yr body keep getting bashed, you only have the one ! K

A very rare tpo reduction for us yesterday or should I say 1st part for staged retrenchment if this old veteran that's starting to fall apart due to being lion tailed heavily about 5 years ago.

I would love to. In other news the Igland Skyline is starting to come together. Wot twat had it before - hadn't even put key in shaft to drive the clutch hub! Trying to lift a loaded drum off to replace that would have blown yr gasket. K

Climbing is the least “body bashing” thing I do.

 

Lifting, raking, shoveling grindings are much worse.

I agree mick to be honest a day on the ground = day or 2 back pain for after wards wear as climbing i can do 7 days in a row no problem no pain
