Yes...get one. They do not go off road though...at all!

But they are like a step up to a real truck, you will not regret it and you can look down on trannys, quite literally!

Moosie

On my Samsung Note - It's big, but it's good

bit off topic but ive been looking at a iveco , but was 5.2t , was 55 plate , about 55k , clean as out , £4500- but that means o liecence , booooooo , and id have to do my 7,5t liecence.

arnt the 3.5t very heavy as a chasis cab ? i like to know the weights of both 3.5 and 5.2 chassis cab

i thought about getting the 5.2 , down grading the chassis cab , do the alloy chip box and in time do my liecence and upgrade it , but , the dreaded o liecence.

Are o licences really that much of a pain? I thought it was a few forms and a few quid?

There is no point doing the test just to get C1, you might as well do the full C test, as it is exactly the same test and very similar training costs.

Whichever you do, you won't be able to tow a trailer unless you also do the corresponding E test. (C1+E or C+E).

Great trucks much better than transit of same age, some have a stupidly low tank though which means you can't back onto even the tamest of sloped drives etc. but as with all 3.5t tippers it has no payload so I upgraded to a landy

It's the one in the trading section on here! 51 plate 2.8L.

Thanks for the comments guys

I run one. If its a crew cab they are crap for ground clearance!!! Cost me roughly 130 for the new fuel tank and 70 ish for fuel and filters etc....

My 2.8 is flat and i prefer my ldv 2.5td transit engine for power and pulling...

I'm in this dilemma at the minute jut had my medical today but not sure which to go for. Maybe the test is easier for 7.5 due to size but at the end of the day it's all the luck of the day.
