I usually wear a base layer in winter and t shirt of whichever company i am climbing for that day.

 

must admit i do feel the cold as there is not a lot of natural layering going on...

 

quite often I wear a fleece or jacket up the tree till i get going and then peel the layers off.

Buffalo special 6, when its really cold. no need for layers with that!

Found some nice stretchy t-shirts with mesh arm-pits in decathlon, and a stretchy soft-shell, tend to go for red if its a high profile job and want to be seen. otherwise army surplus norge shirts.
