Jammy I feel Steves response must be justified but I'm sure your not trying to stir surely.

People come people go, it happens all the time, take Rupe for an example, always contributed a great deal, always happy to share tips and techniques, he's not been on for edges, I miss him.

 

I could list any number of great member who are no longer posting for whatever reason, often they just return and fit straight back in as though they had never been gone.

 

It is pretty unusual for some one to announce they are leaving in the way Tony has.

If you didnt want this subject to come to light then you should'nt have had an open conversation about it with Tony in another thread.

Just been reading the diary thread. Explanations seem to just go flying over my head.

 

I have learnt a lot about fungi reading the posts he made. So who is going to take over the book club thread then?

Well if you read that thread you would also have read that he never said he was leaving the forum permanently at all,.....so i'll stick to my original opinion on your reason for starting this thread, thanks
