Timber waste is now £30 a tonne at our local waste place. It gets shredded and sold as biomass, paint metals whatever is on the wood, this is industry norm.

 

These people are not only getting free waste disposal but free transport of site.

I think many will take it. The free wood mentality is thriving. As on many posts here, tools wear and tear fuel and time, wood fuel is not free.
