bats & bat boxes

were can i get some boxes ,

Any of the schwegler boxes are good, bit pricey 2f or 2fn will do the job for you. might be easier to make them with a simple bat box design but used untreated timber.

 

Its coming to end of season really but get them in now and you might be lucky for next year, also bear in mind that in order to check them you will need to be qualified or have someone with you that is.

 

The other thing i would say is contact your local bat group they would probably more than happy to come out and offer you some advice on siting and boxes for your yard.
