Wood burner -- its time.

After reading several posts describing the benifits of a wood burner over an open fire I have decided its time to do it . My open fire burns well with no visible smoke out side but a good yellow flame from the logs . I have been advised though that efficiency is down as allot of my heat goes strait up the chimney . I accept this ok . Now I have been looking and studying and it seems a " Burley Brampton 19908 " 8kw stove would suit . They look good on the video and the reviews are top banana ! Has any one on this site got one of these or knows some one who does ? --Just need the last shove !

Our local stove shop had one up and running and they thought the Burley was a close second to the Woodwarm Fireview for the most efficient stoves available.

Not long put a stovax vision in and well worth it have gas central but don't want to use just to warm the living room up the stove works well Worth the effort

Just lit ours for the first time for ages!! Nice bit of ash going up in smoke.
