nissan navara tipper conversion

I may be there, expecting a baby on the 21st, so its going to be a last minute decision. One of my customers will probably have his truck with tipper fitted there so if you want to have a look at one in the flesh that should be possible.

 

Not done a D22 unit yet, but I have all the measurements ready.

My mate Guy the log has just bought this Navara tipper for his deliveries.

The rear springs were a bit tired so he bought some HD ones with an extra leaf and new U bolts. We fitted them today ,to save all the shackles and other bolts we had to cut the springs up on the car with a gas axe.

One extra leaf and much thicker helpers.

Definitely worth spending a bit more and getting new shackles and bolts, too much time lost saving the old ones.
