Just looked at the sit, looks promising and I've asked for more info. Shame they don't offer a trial period tho!!

Everything they state it does I can and do already do on my iPad/mac so it will come down to how user friendly it is and if it is worth paying for!!

Am I the only person who uses an old fashioned paper diary? Everything gets written in the diary both quotes and jobs. I then transfer what ever is needed ie written quotes and invoices onto the computer into individual folders of quotes and invoices.

no mate!! not at all

I take telephone enquiry down with number address name and if necessary 'how did you hear about us'

Go see job.

On the same A5 pad I write down job details and maybe take a photo or two.

Get back and sometime within a week I either e mail of post a quote.

If job gets accepted I book in a provisional date then phone nearer the time.

Do job

Send invoice

Await payment

Keep tabs on all money due and paid invoices by regularly going through invoice file . That also lets you know how much money you should have.

Wife does the hard stuff= PAYE/Tax/- incidentally all online.

Maybe I'm the dinosaur:001_smile:

Or simple.
