Oh well...dinner time. Now i gave control of my eating and drinking habits i know what works for me. The breakfast (even the small ammount i had) was heavy and rich...i used to hate Salad...now i love it...i just add low fat meat to it...

Just had a message from my mate Johny Quick...doesn't look like he'll be able to make the Arbshow....at the other end of the Arb Spectrum however is Graham Bird who will be attending...such a nice bloke...Congratulations on getting third place in the Masters in Sweden Birdy!
