Good to see you on the up again Paul. Something like that chest infection can knock you for six.

I hope that this year finds you the elusive dream job you are searching for, but the risk in that is that you may then settle down and this thread may become dull reading!

In the meantime, keep enjoying (and sharing) your adventures, they give the rest of us an insight into the way others work and live.

Heck, we even get to see their wives and inside their houses, as well as their culinary skills.:001_smile:

And, after all, how many of us have met a mermaid? (although I do believe they carry MTD (mermaid transmitted diseases), probably caught your chest infection from her.

You are the true rolling stone, far better to have had the adventures you have over the past couple of years than to have sat at home gathering moss and moaning about your lot as many others do.

There are hundereds of pages in this thread...it rights itself and I have never been in control of it:D it is what it is...I've never been accused of being dull...many other things but not that....I actually caught the infection a year ago and it has been with me in varying degrees ever since..doctor said without Antibiotics it might have never left...these little capsules are great...bit dodgey on the bowels..apparantly they kill bad and good germs with leave the digestive tract open to irritation...so yeah G.K this time tommorow I will be in the role of coach doing something I have done a lot of unofficially over the years. Teaching and encouraging new folk in the industry is my favourite thing.i have the patience of a saint and I love to see people do well and achieve things so it's going to be amazing..shall post as I go. Have work related stuff to do whilst I'm there too!

I have read this thread from day one and it is certainly entertaining, but I'll bet most of the people clapping Paul on the back for putting all his 'adventures' on this thread have a healthy wage packet coming in every week from their various jobs, business's etc, and most will have their own homes too.

Unless I am very much mistaken, this thread isnt putting food on Paul's table or paying any bills.

I think the occasional post like 'mountain man's' may well do Paul a favour in the long term, it keeps things real.

I wish you all the best Paul :thumbup1:
