As you may remember, A friend who I worked with on street trees when I first arrived in London lost his legs above the knee last April...he and I are very much alike in our determination.he told me he wanted to climb a tree soon..."why not?" I replied and set up a system in his kitchen for him to try and wear a harness for the first time since the amputation..he did suprisingly well:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup: he will climb again I am sure....and I'll be there to record it!

I remember you posting about this bloke, a man of great caricature by the looks of it.

Good for you for helping him forfill an ambition and no reason why not :thumbup:

Nice one Silky, good to see him getting active.

One thing I can't work out is what did you put the sling around?

Thanks lads....he's my best mate in London and I like his Positive way of thinking about his situation...he is just adapting him climbing technique. He could adapt his artificial legs to spikes or a Pantin...we have to think outside the box...;)
