In Desperate times...My Silky saves the day!

I've been giving this a go for the last couple of mornings. A pint of hot water and lemon and two cups of tea (my usual) seems to produce 8, maybe 9 gallons of urine by about 12:00. What sorcery is this?!

Other veg

Backbone of every meal. I have so many spare carbs going, especially considering how inactive I am at the moment.
