In Desperate times...My Silky saves the day!

Skipped the coffee...herbal tea instead:) tipped the scales st 16 stone this morning....not good. When I look back to when I was 40 I was a much healthier weight...no time like the presesnt and I am one determined man! Steamed fish (shall remove the skin) and lots of vegetables. New Horizons means new lifestyle:thumbup:

And all that before 6am, man you really are on it. Hay ref the could you have got I don't suppose you had your flu jab did ya ? I was ill for about 3weeks after mine this winter.

 

I think you need to feel really well in yourself before you have the flu jab otherwise (as you found it ) it really knocks you.
