I am finding Cardio really boring and have never had anything to take my mind off the exercises. But yesterday the gym has for the first time got a guest WiFi Installed. So i can watch lots of SRT videos and it has meant that i have been able to train longer!

Lawrence Shutltz will teach you every thing you need to know and more.  So much content.  Subscribe and just stream the episodes.  Or download to watch later.

The final chapter shows him working a big tree with normal doubled rope and then does the same simulated climb but SRT.

All about fine tuning now and after much deliberation and research I needed to swap my unused Petzel Knee ascender for a HAAS.Arrived early and took Toby for a walk in the great Woodland there.
