I've always known that comunicating with people is what i'm good at as well as getting the best out of people but with the intensity of the training directly dealing with how to develop it to a professional level was down to the Fantastic duo of Janis who has been Vince's collegue for many years..... 20180323_102957.jpg

Hey Paul. I went to the Gym for the first time in 18 months yesterday. I enrolled on a ‘boot camp’ circuit training course at Pure Gym. Really feeling the pain today. Scary thing is... my IPhone must be listening to me whingeing about my muscles and joints aching cos it’s started bombarding me with adverts for stair lifts!
Careful what you say when Siri/Facebook/whatsapp is listening. [emoji33]
