Went to bed early so i could wake early...get a couple of hours on Arbtalk....make some pork and rice for my lunch..After the "Pig out"at Nandos,it's back to healthy stuff followed by a cycle to my new job! First things first....swich on the laptop and get the kettle on:cool:

Well done on your new job Paul.

Your journey over the last few months is nothing short of inspirational. If the general mentality of the british people was more like yours, the country would be in a better state.

I would wish you luck, but you don't need it, you make your own!
