Thank you so much to the person who did....now i LOVE a throwbag and have used weaver's and Harrison Rockets for a long time so i'm very interested to see how it performs:cool: i have paired it with "Zing-it" line in my home-made mini-cube which cost me 2 quid:thumbup:

I like the idea of the slug and doff my cap to the inventor, however, the flexibility between ring and slug is what will get it stuck just like a normal throw bag. That's why the Ropeknight and Throwpod are rigid.

Interested to hear your results though.

Well done Slug inventor...(whoever you are:confused:) and thank you ro the person who sent me it....i will find it hard to give it back!;) installed the lead climber into a couple of planes and then at dinner time shot about 200 times into a tall Eucalyptus...never got it stuck...what a superb throwing weight...launches well and once around the intended branch the momentum of it swinging seems to last for ages making it simple to bring down accurately the desired route...Brilliant!...it is so strong and rigid.....i have as i said used weaver and H.R's for years...but now its the "slug" for me:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup: p.s Morty check out the Slug;)
