My laptop won't connect with the internet so i've been glued to the T.V....my brain is melting after watching Celebrity Big Brother for some insane reason:confused: i think its because i was lured into the opening show with images of Lacey! Hot stuff...now if i can drag myself away from Big Bang theory, then i can enjoy a bike ride along the River..

HI PAUL USE your phone mate nice one i hope you get it fixed soon jon

I am cycling to and from work which is only about 8 miles round trip but that and a healthy diet should be a start..boy do i feel like I've been to hell and back with that cold:eek: i can tell cos im full of beans once again...last night's "night of passion"with Mrs Fox was a great help aswell:rolleyes:;)

The end to an exciting night..The Raffle..would have really liked the Sawpod waterproof:rolleyes: but Dan who did a sterling effort in relaying the results won it and well deserved it:thumbup: as well as a healthy start to the year and in an effort to save money for the first time in my life i bought a flask so i wouldn't be buying coffee at three quid a cup anymore and a load of ingredients so i can spend less on food during the week...made a load of chilli chicken soup with noodles and vegetables...delicious..except that i missed something out...i think..... Salt. (or should i leave it out?) tastes great.its just that i know with salt in it,it will taste even better! Enjoyed a bowl watching a documentary about excentric Brits creating racing machines destined for the salt flats of Bonneville...(there's that SALT connection again...;):D)
