You need more than water silky. Get some kind of salts in or you can cause all sorts of issues.

 

Drinking just water and not looking after salts can cause hyponatremia which can be fatal.

 

Get a grip, he lives in Northumberland.

Haha...just down from Northumberland (County Durham.Durham City to be precise) Never ever felt so healthy and full of life right now.But i shall look at getting in the sodium.I'm back on bread,plenty of salad with my tuna or turkey today.Think the pease pudding had a tiny ammount of salt in it.

Just stuck my head out of the window to this....last night wasn't as muggy as predicted here but i can tell you that my inner barometer is telling me that its going to heat up very quickly!
