14.5m up 6-7 outreach, main job will be dismantling the main stems of tree once iv climbed and rigged out the tops and basically speeding up anything where it can.

Used it today on a tree that didn't need it but wanted to play so why not, easy done by 2 when it was down for a full day climb.

I can agree with you there. Just on with a with a whistle stop tour through Cumbria, Northumberland and now just outside Scarborough.

 

It's dam cold in a tent but atleast it's dry at the moment.

Sounds just the job for you Mr Git. For anyone who doesn't know him...Jon ("Git" not "plogs":D) is one of the most labour saving thinking outside the box chaps I've ever met and tgats why he has become such a good mate and because he is such an avid Arbtalker to me is a bonus! Great toy jon and so pleased for ya...........ok, new day....new boss....I'm of to climb a couple of trees on this fine fresh saturday morning!

Thanks for the kind comments Paul but as a kiwi mate used to say give a lazy man a hard job and he'll invent an easier way of doing it!

Mewps can take alot of hard work out of certain jobs like chogging down a large butt on yer spikes with a 70cc saw hanging off yer belt or a 10% crown reduction when you have to get right out there, moreover you can make the exact prune cut you want and not go for 2nd best cos you cant quite reach. I think it will make your life alot easier gray git and speed up alot of jobs.
