i would not worry about your weight too much as long as you can do your work and enjoy your life .when things get a struggle then lose a bit ! saying that i avoid pie shops as i love them and a nice cake as well!

Well LogDog, Mrs Fox bought me three t-shirts for Summer.They are all X-large....and are far too small:rolleyes: I have even had to ration myself to only one day a week on tbe apple juice...thankfully today IS that day!

I have a 28" waist. My team leader has a larger waist. When it comes to shifting rings by hand he has the advantage. He's got something to rest the rings on!
