Sorry to raise this boring subject again. Ive just received a qoute of £823.00 for £2.5 million P/L,£10 million employers and £3000 sml tools. Its more than I was expecting, how does it compare to others?

I told them £40,000.

I pay £1700 for 5M PL and 10M employers, but no tool cover, thats for a turnover of £100,000.

 

I'm with Lycetts, used to be called Algarve.

I've got £5 million P/L (excess £250),£10 million employers and £2000 sml tools(excess £100), no climbing cover, for £654. I've been with them for a while now. based on 2 workers..don't know if they take turnover into account, but I bet I'm on minimum premiums.

hand tools up to 5000+2 items of 1200 quid

covering up to 2 full time staff

100k turnover

583 quid for the lot yabadabadoo

It it really cheap i know, thats why i posted a thread about it a few weeks ago with the guys office number. I will call them up when the office opens on monday to accept the quote, if they have messed up i will know then. if not i am not complaining:001_smile:

Thats what prompted me to give em a call, that and the fact I already have a truck and chipper insured with them. I,m with Trust at the moment until the tenth of Jan. £538 sounds excellent, dont stir things up just accept the quote and pay all up front. Judging by other quotes I`m happy with £823, I`m paying £650 to Trust for £5 million P/l and nothing else. Oh and an excess of £750 compared to £250 with the NFU.
