Very good point Mat.

 

sure, but a 180 a day climber is only as quick as his groundcrew, so if your groundies arn't used to his ways he won't be able to be any quicker then a 120 a dayer.

id happily pay 180 for a top notch climber- but id expect a bit more then 6hours TBH!

Good point mate.

 

I had a good 3-man crew on the deck today, and I had loads of standing time up the tree waiting for them to clear (Willow, tough DZ, stuff handballed over a fence for half the job).

 

Any 'climber' can smash stuff down, but one who can finish the job for the whole team the quickest comes out on top.

 

I used to be a 'climber'....:blushing:

i charge £180.00 -- £200.00 a day for contract climbing normally 6 hrs work but can be more

 

i ve been climbing for 18 years

 

no point being a busy fool!!

 

Till the guys that hire you find an equaly skilled but cheaper dude!

 

Gibbon, I can probably swing a few days of at a time, what sort of thing are we talking about, have always fancied coming down and doing a :thumbup1:bit with you.

i do get that, but i dont rely on that as my only income so it can come and go, but they always come back

 

keeping the thread on track i am actually looking to relocate to the devon area, willing to be part time paye or subbie, need to get out the RR
