If you use any of the shops on here you will get decent service, if not just put the word out on the arbtalk grapevine and they will be closed down before you know it. Lol. I have used all the guys on here and never been let down.

Abbey is my local shop and I avoid at all costs, iv had cock up after cock up and that's dealing with them face to face. The funniest was when I went in with a saw chain and asked them to get me one exactly the same. Took it home only to discover it was 2 inches longer! Plenty of times if ordered stuff and have to keep following up to get anywhere.

All for using local dealers but how can you when they're like this.

Always had good results from those advertising on here.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ABBEY PRO! I ordered some new chains and a few other bits and pieces totalling about £100 about a year ago and I still havn't received them! Ive been on the phone with them numerous times but everytime I call I have to deal with another person. Ive basically given up now. Their customer service is appauling.
