DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ABBEY PRO! I ordered some new chains and a few other bits and pieces totalling about £100 about a year ago and I still havn't received them! Ive been on the phone with them numerous times but everytime I call I have to deal with another person. Ive basically given up now. Their customer service is appauling.

 

Don't give up. Send in the debt collectors...

I Agree dont let them get away with it. Its early days with my order but I wont be giving up if It doesn't turn up, plus I payed with paypal so will pass it on to them to sort out. Cant believe a company of this size can get away with treating customers soooo poorly

That is why I bought this old thread back to life to save anyone else the inconvenience of dealing with them. If I don't here anything off them tomorrow I'll report to paypal and send Abbey another nice email. Surely they must no this thread is active about them? I hope they do.

I ordered some trousers with them about 2 , 3 years ago, they got delivered about 1 month later than there delivery date stated.
