When I was 21 I was indestructible, no aches or pains, wish I was the same today.

 

In all seriousness if your have problem so young I would find a new career, or you could end up with some really serious health issues.

 

The worst of my back issues was when I started 2 years ago. I've built up strength in my back now and it has helped a lot. Same for my shoulders, have joint issues but building up strength has helped massively and knowing my limits. But I do agree that i could have some issues later in life.

 

I do want to work with trees. It may just have to be office based.

use a good physio.............been pulling my lower back muscles every year.severe musle spasms, pain u wont wish on your worse customer........went to recommended physio for back massage...turned out i had 1 leg longer than the other......my hips were out of line......30 mins later walking brillant......no pain. Spend £25 and save urself some aggro guys
