I am wanting to know if any of you use a GSM/PIR camera successfully, for monitoring the security of your equipment. These camaeras have there own batterry and SIM card and send picture to your computer or smartphon. They sound great in theory, but want I to know IF THEY REALLY work and how they last in an outdoor environment.

I would want to know if this technology has real time response time from the Police as well?, unless the system is able to do all of the above I would be dubious as to how powerful of a deterrent it could be.

easy-lift guy

In the UK the police don't jump to each and every alarm (false alarm)

Do they do that in the states?
