Isc snap lock

i've used the two way isc for a few years and more recently the 3 way. i thought it would be a pain but it's just as quick. you don't think every time "one catch, two catch, three". you just squeeze it and away you go. it's the carabiner you use the most in climbing so time/effort saving is worth it.

That's good to hear Alex, as I love my 2-way but it's linked to the eye of my wire-core strop, which needs replacing, and they only offer the 3-way now in that configuration.

I've been using one with the swivel and think its great. Much better with the swivel.

I got so excited I wrote a review for the Review Forum!

Dammit I just got one without the swivel as I didn't think it would make much of a difference as I thought the rope would twist anyway.

What's the big deal with the swivel? Surely you wouldn't notice 180 deg of rotation in your flipline, or am I just being thick?

Does anyone do a wirecore with the swivel attached yet?

It's not a big deal.

The swivel makes it ergonomically much better.

I was lying when I said its not a big deal.

It does make for an all over smoother unit Mark. I had one years ago, came as an integral unit.....swivel snap hook(2 way), flipline, and ascender. Only problem was there was a major fault with the snap hook. I sent it back for a replacement and the second unit did the same so i get a refund. That wasnt an ISC hook by the way.
