Ok then get a scaffold bar on your socket wrench!

Drill the heads off, remove the blades, and use a stud extractor with a long extention bar. When you drill the heads do not drill out any more than you have to, the longer the stud, the better chance of removal.

If that does not work (and hope that it does) you will have to drill out the bolts and re cut new threads.

Before you put new bolts in, make sure the new ones have a libral coating of copper ease, which should prevent them from getting stuck again.

Its generally not leverage thats the problem, its getting purchase on the studs thats the problem, often the torque holes go round.

Have you ever changed the blades on a 150 mate? You have to be very carful not to round the star,If the star has rounded then you won't get a star socket to turn them as it will just slip.

I wernt having a go mate, it's just I have been there and learnt the hard way. Graham at orange plant is a top guy and had helped me out a few times in the past.

best bet is to weld a new nut to the mashed up one. I would never use a impact wrench on such sort nuts, the other thing is to change the bolts every 2 times you change the blades.

ive never done them, Graham has always done mine, I thought he might have been trying to just use a socket wrench
