I aim for £450-£550, for general stuff with a 3 man team, but more if there is lots of waste or it is difficult work. Often find multiple small jobs can earn you much, much more per day that big orrible take downs.

I'd rather price by the job than by the day, I have a day rate in my head as a target to aim for but I don't tell the client. My best day for three men plus chipper was £1900... Wish that happened more often.

Not bad , but i've doubled that on a road side job with 3 men.....:001_smile:

At the end of the month we still only broke even lol

I had 'me' a damn good subbie, and a sometimes mummy's boy, that day the mummy 's boy for once pulled his finger out , might have been the promise of a £50 bonus................:001_tt1:

What is the going rate for a 3 man team with a tracked chipper with one man climbing the other with arial rescue and one labrour??

Believe it or not but superheros up with us are 350 a day for 3 men and tracked chipper.

A lot of these lads are so far up a certain creak without a paddle they will work just to cover there finance, guess how busy they are? I cant wait till they have to renew all there pumped equipement next year and realise that credit will be a little harder to get.
