If I was you I'd post my location and ask nicely if someone would be willing to show you.

But this is how i do it:

I lock the flywheel by hooking a claw hammer on the fins and rotating the wheel until it locks against the housing.

Clean out the muck from the torx bolts heads throughly so the the bit seats properly.

You need a T50 torx bit and a decent size breaker bar.

If the blades haven't been changed for a while they may be a real arse to get out. With your left hand put a lot of pressure behind the head of the breaker bar to keep it firmly in the torx bolt whilst with your right hand slowly try and rotate the bar.

If you manage to get all three out, clean any crud off the blade seats and if the bolts are reusable, clean the treads and apply copper grease before putting the new blades on.

Remove hammer!

Torque setting for the bolts is 60Nm or 45lbs ft.

I like to clean the bolts then hammer the torx head in with a mallet.. Use a bit of 2" wood jammed in the blades to stop them from turning then wedge undernieth to tighten them... And you will have to remove the springs on the feed rollers so you can pull them up and wedge a bit of wood again around 2" to reach the inside set. one of those magnets on a stick has known to of come in handy with dropped bolts from time to time whilst changing blades on any chipper.
