fake or genuine ?

That is shocking, how can you report that? It needs reporting. I just hope someone does not buy it.

I reported it yesterday as well . fleabay don't give one as long as they get their dosh . Done it soo many times . Contact seller and tell them you know its a fake . Some times they are inocent . Sometimes they even amend the listing to say " it might be a copy " but ebay don't care.

Reported it last night and sent them a message this morning asking why they support fraud.

A bit extreem but if you want to save the innocent punters put in a silly bid to be sure you win it then refuse to pay stating that you later were advised it was a fake . There is no way of contacting the winning bidder untill the transaction is complete but if they pay with pay pal they can get a full refund on the grounds that the item is not " as described " Buit they will have to put a claim in and go through all the hassel .
