Been out in it all day dead wooded robinia,ash,pine I'm now piss wet threw going back to yard soon. A well deserved tea is in need. Im looking forward to working with dry ropes again.

Thanks Maggie, I seem to get it once a year, started when i was 16 driving tractor forwarders with no swivel seat! Only happens when Im doing the most mundane things, today was wipeing the breakfast table.

 

Its eased up for rain here, but the wind is gusting something fierce, Im watching a distant oak waiting for a limb to fail from my bed, like james stewart in "rear window"

been out n reduced a cherry, then crown lifted a S/Birch, only a small climb.

 

the other tem have finished yesterdays job (rained off) and done a bit of a garden tidy.

 

all wet through so sacked it at one o'clock.

we took a days holiday! the odd day is one thing but its been getting silly of late, im going to buy a woodmizer and construct an Ark.

 

I love it when they impose hosepipe bans or declare a BBQ summer, it guarantees to rain constantly from that day forth!
