Tell you what - come and throw it in my bin:thumbup:

Whats wrong with the carb, typical MS200T accelerator pump issue, two options, fit the earlier 020T carb or let me fix the pump and the problem will be a distant memory:thumbup:

The MS200 is a decent saw and one of the best if not the best toppers!

Unless you were trying to find out if it was pregant, then it doesn't surprise me an ultrasound didn't do anything.

....an ultrasonic clean on the other hand..........

Sounds very much like its the accelerator pump, send it to Spud. I very much doubt he will tell how to repair it on an open forum.

Yeah I forgot to put about a pm.

I have had 3 saws like this, 2 are in a parts bin waiting to be stripped or the parts sold on. Another has been left with me to look into as it was a fab eBay buy with the description of just needs a service.

I've seen carbs for 85 quid, I've checked everything else on this saw and all is ok only thing left is the carb. I have has carbs apart but nothing jumps out at me when looking at them to see what is wrong.

Any weird idle, bogging and varying top end and a decent carb should be tried to see if it clears the problem, I have just had this on an MS200T.

Usually boil up the carb in the ultrasound:lol: cleaner and if that doesn't fix it then I do another Spud fix:thumbup:
