it was double choclate fudge cake and alex made it....well yummy:thumbup1:

Nearly 1/4 kg nuts, a block of butter, almost 1/2kg sugar, 1/2 a jar of honey, spiced and condensed into 8 inches square of filo pastry- delicious, though possibly heart attack inducing...

no pics but made a great cranberry and walnut banana loaf the other day......also a dab hand making curried mackeral pasties!
