My daughter has done the certs up to CS38.

She works as a groundie for me sometimes and occasionally climbs for small reductions.

Very hard worker and good power/weight ratio for climbing (using silky for the moment).

Amazing work ethic too - if it aint perfect, it aints finished!

Thats two so far.

And there was a girlie on the same course when she did the felling course.

That's three

And I'm sure theres a girl on here - unless theres a bloke called Janey

It's a cracking job and think it's high time more of us girls got into it .

I love my job with a passion .

Also the other good side to it as a girl it is you will never need the gym and never need any fad diets .

Have two working at mo. very good workers, got no issues at all and they stay the course of working hard.

Plus it good on he eyes after a hard day.lol. Only after I've stopped sweating and puffing and panting trying to keep up, but they don't seem to. What's with that? Maybe I'm just unfit and need to stop the junk food.

Oh and one is my girl so I'm allowed to say that.

I most certainly do

I have found that having a female on the team defiantly keeps the chaps happier .

Most girls working in arb will work really hard as we like to be seen as the same as the lads and a valuable team player.

As a girl on arb it has to be something you really really want to do and be really determined to work hard and do well .

I know all the companies I sub out to I allways work my sox of for them I have a great rime on there team and gain there respect .

Coming into arb was the best life choice I ever made
