I found a good sized lizzard that had been squashed in a pack of indian flagstones giving little green woodchopper a hand last friday!!

 

Not sure if it was a native, never seen 1 like it before!

Good photos!

 

Only place I've seen lizards in Scotland was on the way down Goat Fell on the Isle of Arran. Warm day in September and saw 19 in about 200 yards.

i used to se a lot off lizards when a was a wee boy, if you picked them up by the tail it fell off,dont se them now ,slow worms aswell dont se them about
