As the title says can anyone run the above courses on 19th or 20th March in the Northwest England area.

Not according to the people who are running this contract. If theres a ticket for something youve got to have it before you can use it.

No I guessed that Ian mate but if you can use a saw, surely you can use a hedge cutter too?

 

The ticket is a new one on me, didnt even know it existed :blushing:

just another money making racket to rob the hard worker even more.

H&S getting more farcical by the month

 

Totally agree with you - they just keep adding more to the list!

Its like a tax on tree and hedge work - taking the proverbial if you ask me!!
