Answers would be great for sure, but what 'you' think is kinda more important, don't ya think ?

What does your gut say the answers are. :001_smile:

When you finally get round to lookin up answers for yourself, don't forget to look up the meaning of "sarcasm" in the dictionary.

you would organise the felling of the large mature tree so that it jumped off its stump, twirled gracefully around avoiding the object underneath, and conveniently split itself into perfect manageable rings when it hit the deck.

There you go, two answers in one :001_tt2:

Anyone got any more to add

I think the majority of us were hoping Mike would see the prudence in trying to answer the Q's himself, & then come back to the thread with his 'own' thoughts for futher evaluation.

What value is there in writing down someone elses answers to your own assignments ?

As far as I understand these questions is that the lecturer wishes to establish the level of understanding of the trade within the class to start/teach at the right level. He/she asks about YOUR understanding... To give to much of an expert answer might be counterproductive. :confused1:

But as others already said; Safety precautions, workplan, fuelling station, emergencyplan, positioning of vehicle, backup plan.... Lots to be said but keep it simple and open for discussion as this seem to be on a basic level.

First year?
