I have not seen Scott for ages the last I heard he was off the grid!! Just training at a small mma place my mate has, been just building my fitness back up with the bag and pads, been enjoying it 👍

Rickson seminar was great,quite interesting meeting a legend 😊

Keep forgetting about this thread.

 

This is a fight for the Lumpini Title in 1999. The guy in the Blue shorts is Nungubon Sitlechai. I trained in NE Thailand with Nungubon in 2002. He was a star in his day and the guy he is fighting is considered one of the most well known fighters in Thailand these days.

Great technique of catching the kick then kneeing the caught leg, the thing that makes me laugh is unless you have done some Thai you have no idea how hard these boys are!! taking the kicks full power and checking some of them is unbelievable conditioning. It's a thing of beauty :thumbup:
