no breakfast for me just cup of coffee with a biscuit, if I eat any more it makes me feel sick. I then have a sarnie about 10.

 

I've never been a breakfast person but just recently have been eating oats in the morning and i really do feel better for it......:001_smile:

 

i like to eat about 10,never been a breccie person,even when i was going to school

but same here after tuesdays wipe out,i had breccie on weds and did also eat on way to job and felt much better all through the day:thumbup:

the most important meal of the day,as i found out on tuesday!

 

started a takedown of 2 large silver birch,had a late night monday,got up on tues and off to job,no breakfast and i only took a few snacks for dinner

got the one tree down in 3 hours,started the 2nd tree and got to the stage where i did not have the energy to cut witha silky,i had to come down and lay in the garden for half an hour,i was wiped out???

 

big mistake,i had burnt off all my enegy and had no food to build it back up:blushing:(had plenty of fluids)

 

i was in bed 9pm on tues night,had a good nights sleep,got up weds had breakfast,off to work with my groundie,popped in a dealers for some wedges,popped in a garage for derv and some sarnies:001_rolleyes:

a good nights sleep and plenty of food,great days work done and felt 100% awesome,job finished.

 

NEVER AGAIN,thats all i got to say,eat well chaps:thumbup:

a lesson taught.

Roll on Friday9th Owens in Cwmbran Martyn, the American one has gone now (pity)

find a local bee keeper and get honey, i am told the more local it is to you the better (dont know why), few slices of toast and honey for breakfast is truly lovely. i would eat every day if i could.

 

i buy bacon and rolls for a friday mostly every week and have bacon roll friday at work around 9.45am and the difference is amazing, you can really get going after it.
