You may want to check if they are the correct lifting points, the cab is usually only bolted on with 4 small bolts. The blade is usually used as two and either the rear ballast or top of boom next cab.

Its alright, his is a Takeuchi they are designed to be lifted by the cab which seems odd but the lifting hoops are pretty convincing.

The lump of Oak on the trailer weighs approx 5 tonne, it took both the jcb and hiab to lift one end at a time to get it on the trailer.

It came off a lot easier than it went on.

I like that, is the trailer a tipper or did you just push it off?

We had a mobile crane lift an 8 tonne lump of beech onto our old bolster trailer and when we got it back it took our hi-ab and the telehandler just to push / drag it off.

We then used it a retaining wall for 5 years before cutting i tup for firewood.

We do have a three way tipping trailer but it sits a bit higher than the low loader which would have made loading more awkward so we used the low loader and simply rolled it off.
