Kettlebells for X box kinnect

As it says, we have just got 1 tonight and I think it's excellent, just playing games gets the heart rate up, does anyone have a recommendation for a Kettlebells game for it?

Get the UFC trainer mate, it's a great fitness game for it, not that I use it much haha

Aye, Grace isn't a fan of me doing it Robert, weve got a wooden floor and it gets a wee bit sweaty haha

 

That's why I don't do it much, coz I get MOANED at a lot!!!

Not heard that name for years mate, he had great stand up, used to watch the old Pancrase fights a couple of years ago on line. Might watch a few more actually :-)

Oh Bas is da man, he was a great commentator on the pride fights, his self defence DVDs are brilliantly funny, his fights were good as well I think he was a UFC champ too:thumbup:

 

Audio shadow boxing tapes are really good though, if I still have some I will rattle you off a copy.
