i give discount to some of my regular customers, but if the guy is selling it on i would stick to 45 a bag no discount, after all you doing all the graft.

you are giving him over 10% discount

Taking out your costs- labour/fuel/wear & tear/ delivery/maybe the cost of the wood in the first place. How much is this discount compared to your actual profit for selling the product.

I guess it's nearly all of it.

Ive spoke to him and ive decided to do him the same deal as he had before on 3 bags ie 40 quid if he wants any more its going to be 45 and 45 next order like everyone else . Thanks for the great reply s . Steve

Because he suggested £35 for the green. If he sends it out next day for £65 thats £30 profit for nothing.
