hi everyone,

 

After reading in the AA good guide to climbing it mentions warming up before climbing a tree so as to prevent muscular and skelatol injury.

 

Just wonered how many off you do it and wether it helps or not?

seems so far most of us dont..

 

it makes sense thou...would we have a gym work out or do something else pyhsicaly demanding and not do it. I know from my little expereince in tree work that time is important. when you get to a job do you have time to do or do you just look silly doing it in a clients garden looking as if your doing the jane fonda workout:001_tongue:
