Sorry to hear about it Pete.

Is this a dramatic increase in recent Arb theft?

Or is the medium of this forum making it appear so?

Is a "member" using the site to groom potential targets?

Worrying thoughts :scared1:

I had the same concerns when my kit was stolen in May... but common sense and reason says there are so many other ways people can see your equipment. Just loading and unloading kit day in, day out makes it visible to others. Lock it down at any possible moment, keep tools (if poss) in separate areas so they cant clean you out in one go. Use shed alarms, wire cable alarms, ground anchors, anything and everything to slow them down. I know its a right royal pita day after day securing everything, but it does give you piece of mind.

Sorry to hear about that Pete, will keep eyes and ears open.

Where abouts were you working.

Makes you really angry, when you have to work the next few weeks for nothing :mad1:

Kit was stolen from his lockup while he was out at work, think he is quietly plotting evil retribution right now

what makes these people tick? Scumbags. Hope you get sorted soon Pete, you'd be welcome to borrow my ground saws but I'm a bit far away!

As Andy says everything has to be so secure these days its unreal, it takes me twenty mins to get the security devices unlocked and get our ifor hitched up, but they have never got away with and they have tried!:scared1:
