arent the surgeons fantastic, i just about ripped my thumb off a week before last christmas and luckily near where we live is a specialist hand surgeon hospital, word to the wise - dont let them put you to much physio too soon, let the healing happen first as you can do more harm then good as my surgeon told me, and yes mine was messy - goose poo etc in from cleaning the hens and geese out just 5mins to me cutting the thumb off.

 

flip side - the lads now say i am a true woodsman as i have scars to prove it!
