Got a more modern tractor, for the 4x4 and 40kmh box,it,s a Zetor 6341 year 2000 anyone have any expreance with them good or bad?

Looks good, Not sure about that particular model but my dad has always had zetors on his farm and they seem fairly bulletproof albeit quite basic (which is probably a good thing). You seem to be able to get quite a lot of Zetor for your money in general and they are usually low houred too.

I used to sell them, sold several into forestry, excellent value and virtually indestructable. Terrible for your street cred, but at least they have few electronics. Wise choice.

They had one at my old place. Pain to start but never could break it after years of abuse.

Bullet proof tractors- good choice. A local livery yard/ small farm has a couple and believe me they willl break anything and the worst they've managed in the last 5 years are a coouple of doors! (which is good for them!)
