Very difficult to tell. I would say you have done a very good job there. I have made a fair amount of home brew but I leave the small amount of silt in the bottles. What kit have you made?

I have a few create of coopers ipa saved for crimbo- nice!

I made Raspberry Vodka (5 years old and looks like the night after empty), Blackberry Whisky (10 years old) and Apricot Brandy (we think). I just used 2 coffee filters inside eachother and a medium funnel.

Have done a few beer kits and a couple of cider kits with varying results - so far the best beer was a Mild made with a very cheap kit, but it could come down to method (read lack of attention) as much as ingredients. If I could get even close to that again I'd be really happy.

Everything's been drinkable but it does seem on the whole to get better the longer it's left.

Not had any disasters yet, but nearly did when I used a little too much sugar when bottling and started to find the caps bulging after a couple of weeks :001_smile:

Not tried wine from a kit but have made both birch and elderberry so far - the birch worked out really quite well.
